Building a Tradition of Fine Gun Dogs

Bill Jackson

December 8, 1952 - January 18, 2011

Dad

The founder and owner of Frosty Creek Kennels, Bill Jackson, (pictured on the far left) suffered a heart attack on January 10 and passed away on January 18, 2011. Bill was a father, a husband, a friend, and a hunter. He loved watching his dogs work the field and sharing good times with those who came along. His family and close friends are currently unsure of what the future holds for Frosty Creek Kennels though they know that what it represents will always remain. To all of those who took part in buying a pup or hunting with Bill, we thank you for the support and the wonderful memories.

The Frosty Creek Tradition

For more than 25 years Frosty Creek Kennels has been focused on elevating the quality of English Setter Gun Dogs. Our program has been to breed, train, and promote the hunting qualities of this breed. We consistently seek to breed the best hunting qualities for our customers.

We have built over nine generations of fine gun dogs that are available to the public from time to time as either stud or puppies.

Mission Statement

Our goal is to produce fine hunting English Setters that exceed the highest standards demanded from foot hunters of upland birds. We set up our program to evaluate champions for their use as donors of our program. We will seek out the breeding that we know will stock our program for the weekend foot hunter. All of our dogs are NSTRA and FDSB.
